Returns and Exchanges Policy

At CUTE CLOTHING LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment is completed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

If you encounter a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for further assistance.

General Return and Exchange Rules

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • This policy does not apply to items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
  • For online orders, shipping costs for returning the product are not covered by [email protected].

Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected and remain in addition to this policy.

All returns must be sent to CUTE CLOTHING LLC in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, CUTE CLOTHING LLC will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The determination of the product’s condition and the application of this policy is at CUTE CLOTHING LLC‘s sole discretion.

Please Note:

  • Requests not complying with the above terms will not be authorized.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Shopmutwalo is not responsible for the loss of goods.

For authorized returns or exchanges, CUTE CLOTHING LLC will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the provided instructions to return the product, ensuring all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed of the approval or denial of your request based on its condition and Shopmutwalo‘s policies.

If approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after several days:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
